Through their own careers, our leaders have made significant contributions to the broader wealth management industry. They are highly regarded and recognised by the industry. Linda Elkins, Executive General Manager Colonial First State, was named Superannuation Executive of the Year in 2013. She is a strong advocate for our customers and is passionate about financial literacy.
Our leadership team is united and collaborates well. They have a respect for the past and decisions that have come before them, whilst having a real passion for the future. Linda Elkins - Executive General Manager Colonial First State Linda is Executive General Manager for CFS, which provides investment, superannuation and retirement products to individuals as well as to corporate and superannuation fund investors. Before joining CFS Linda held a number of roles in the Superannuation industry including Managing Director of Superannuation at Russell Investments. Linda has also worked for the Australian Government in the Insurance and Superannuation Commission and for ASIC as a special adviser. Linda is a Director of ASFA and a current member of FSC’s Superannuation Board, Committee. Linda won the inaugural Money Management Women in Super “Super Executive of the Year” award in 2013, and was a recipient of the IFSA Industry Excellence Award in 2009 and has worked in the superannuation industry for more than 15 years. Linda is an Executive Director of Colonial First State Investments Limited, Avanteos Investments Limited and Colonial Mutual Superannuation Pty Ltd. |

Brad Massey – General Manager Strategic Projects Colonial First State Brad Massey was appointed to the role of General Manager Strategic Projects for Colonial First State at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in January 2019. Formerly, Brad was the General Manager Fund Services for Colonial First State since 2008. Brad has been employed by the Group since 1994. Brad’s key responsibilities include leading key strategic projects, including system implementations, strategic operating models, and risk management projects for Colonial First State Investments Limited (CFSIL) and others in the wider Commonwealth Bank Wealth Management organisation. |

Mark Seymour – Acting General Manager Fund Services Colonial First State Mark Seymour was appointed to the role of Acting General Manager Fund Services for Colonial First State at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in January 2019. Previous to this role, Mark was Head of Fund Operations for Colonial First State Investments Limited (CFSIL). Mark has been employed by the Group since 2001. Mark’s key responsibilities include fund operations and accounting, asset servicing, unit pricing, financial reporting, tax and compliance & risk managementfor CFSIL and others in the wider Commonwealth Bank Wealth Management organisation. Mark has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and holds a Certificate IV in Financial Markets, Securities Institute of Australia. |

Todd Stevenson - General Manager, Customer & Marketing Todd joined Colonial First State (CFS) in 2010. He is responsible for driving the customer strategy, customer experiences and marketing strategies for CFS. Todd is also responsible for Digital, Business Insights & Analytics, Customer Centred Design, Studio, Events and Brand. |

Scott Tully - Head of Investments Scott has led the Colonial First State Investments team since 2002. The team was formed following the merger of Colonial First State and Commonwealth Investment Management and has responsibility for the management of a range of investment portfolios available to Colonial First State’s clients. These include the FirstChoice Multi-Manager and Multi-Index portfolios in addition to the MySuper Lifestage strategies available to superannuation members via Commonwealth Essential Super and FirstChoice Employer Super. In total, the Colonial First State Investments team has funds under management in excess of $43 billion (as at June 2018). Having spent 3 years with William M Mercer in the field of Superannuation Consulting, Scott joined State Bank of NSW in 1992 as an Actuarial Analyst and subsequently had a variety of roles in credit, market risk and financial markets. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from the University of NSW. He has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. |
