Alexandra Martin-Wallace is a junior National cycling champion many times over. Her trophy cabinet contains 10 Australian Championship medals that she’s won on both the track and the road, making this 16-year old one of the most exciting talents in Australian cycling.
This year will signal her first opportunity to represent Australia in the August World Championships in Hong Kong. As well as this, she is currently juggling the pressures of Year 12 with an eye to study Engineering next year while continuing to represent Australia.
Alexandra recently competed at the March National Track Championships in Brisbane where she won gold in the U19 pursuit over 2000m. She broke the junior Australia record in the process. Following this, she was chosen to be part of the Australian Track Squad to compete in China in August.
