How to log in to FirstNet

You’ll need your Online Identity Number (OIN) and your password. You’ll find your OIN on your welcome letter and if you don’t have your password already you’ll receive it shortly.

  1. Visit colonialfirststate.com.au and click on the [Login] button in the top right hand corner.
  2. Enter your OIN and password.
  3. Click [Login].

 

Once you have logged in, the first thing you’ll see is a list of your investments and account balances. To get more information or to make a transaction simply click on the account number or account name.

 

To change your password you’ll need to have registered your email address and mobile with us. If we don’t currently have your email address or mobile, please call us on 13 13 36 to update this information.
