Colonial First State Investments Limited (CFSIL) as the Responsible Entity (“RE”) of Colonial First State’s registered Managed Investment Schemes (the “Schemes”) has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to appoint KPMG (ABN 51 194 660 183), as the new Scheme auditor for both the Financial Statements and Compliance Plans. As a result, CFSIL has now accepted the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers (ABN 52 780 433 757). The appointment of KPMG was made following a commercial tender process and is effective as of the date of this notice.
