has received consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the resignation of Stephanie Smith (ASIC Registration Number 317683) as the RSEs auditor. As a result, AIL has now accepted the resignation of Stephanie Smith of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has appointed KPMG (ABN 51 194 660 183) as the auditor for the RSEs.
The appointment of KPMG was made following a commercial tender process and is effective as of the date of this notice.
